Be HIPs free save £700

Ruth Kelly must be really gullible, if she believes that Hips can accomplish any of the Items below. Do no pay for HIPs refuse it and be £700 better off and hassle free.

The governments impact assessment showed that the HIP is expected to reduce transaction costs by 1% on average – due to removing speculative sellers, late in the day paper work problems and chain breaks. Oh and lets not forget reduction in CO2

If you get up one day and decide to sell you home because you feel like it, the government has decreed you cannot unless you pay up to £700 for the privilege.

Why you make ask, well that makes you a speculative seller and you are frowned upon. Of course we are all speculative sellers at the end of the day…

The only thing HIPs does well is cause panic and confusion. Which in turn floods the market with home sellers trying to avoid having to pay for the damn thing. 

Propertyfinder.com reports there has been a significant shift in recent months in how near the asking price a buyer was willing to go. In January, with an average property going for £222,859, sellers were achieving 1.6 per cent – or £3,521 above the asking price.

But this figure fell steadily as vendors flooded the market with properties in an effort to beat the HIPs deadline.
