If they come down to that price ,beware because you will start seeing a load of cowboys cutting corners . One thing you are forgetting is DEA' are going to have to keep on paying more money to train as more information is required on the property essement. I think you are right a fair price for an average house should be no more than £ 90-00 but for a complex house it would have to be more whith the length of time spent on it. I think you will find over time it will not be the energy assessors that make the money but the estate agents who will put there price on top of ours.
